Hemnia SOMNIA is a loose herbal blend with hemp and selected dried herbs. The product is composed of traditional European plant ingredients and is suitable for preparation as an herbal infusion or tea.

The blend consists of hand-picked hemp and a combination of various dried herbs. Due to the gentle handling, some hemp seeds may be present in the product.

Ingredients

Hemp, lemon balm, chamomile extract, St. John's wort, orange blossom, valerian root, hop cones.

Usage

Pour 2–3 teaspoons of the mixture over boiling water and let steep for approx. 5 minutes.
Strain the tea before serving. Prepare fresh as needed.
